Our tariffs

How it works

Mandatory 10 € activation fee.
Leaving a bike outside an official station can result in a a fee of 30 €.
Not locking the bike after the ride can result in fee of 30 €.

Graphical representation: Bike rental is initiated via the nextbike app, which unlocks the frame lock on the bike.

REGISTRATION

Register for free using the nextbike app. Account activation costs 10 €, which will be converted into ride credits visible in the nextbike app.

RENTAL

Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.

PAUSE RIDE

Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.

RETURN

The bicycle must be returned to the official parking station visible in the nextbike application. To end the ride, lower the lever on the bike lock located on the back of the bike. An additional fee of 30 € is charged for ending the ride outside the station. In case of failure to lock the bike lock, a fee of 30 € may apply.

Monthly subscription

€5,00 / month

Includes unlimited free rentals up to 30 minutes, provided that the next free rental starts at least 30 minutes after the last free rental. For every additional 30 min in an active rental Pay As You Go tariffs will be applied.

For rentals between free rentals the Pay As You Go tariffs will apply.
